We, IDEC group, set a target revenue of JPY 100 billion and beyond, and develop businesses to pursue/realize safety/security on the global settings and recruiting talents who could serve as a key person of IDEC’s new history.
- ■ Design and development - Engagement in design work from the upstream process all the way through
- [Mechanical design] Design and development of mechanical products (operation switches, chassis, etc.)
[Circuit design] Design hardware and electronic circuit of electronic products (PLC, programmable display)
[AI Software design] Design firmware of electronic products (PLC, programmable display), developing programs on Linux - ■ Production Engineering - develops future executive candidates as general production manager-
- [Equipment development/Mold design] Designing, development and maintenance of production equipment, system design, Designing/maintenance of mold
A wider variety of career experiences may be assigned in the future (i.e. production process management, quality control, etc.) - ■ IT engineer -globally promoting IDEC DX-
- Business system planning/development, IT infrastructure planning/building
Data analysis using BI and overall concept development for internal systems (applications).
Project management for application system implementation.
*During the implementation planning and consideration stage, coordination work will occur with people from various departments both domestically and internationally.
Through these tasks, you will be able to acquire communication and English skills. - ■ Quality control - Building a stable production system for products-

- ■ Sales Engineer
- This position is part of IDEC Sales Support Co., Ltd., which is responsible for domestic sales within the IDEC Group. Leveraging strong technical expertise, the role focuses on providing sales support to solve customers’ challenges and deliver optimal solutions.

- Prospective candidates completing bachelor’s degree from a domestic/foreign university by March 2027

- Which positions are currently open?

Positions are open in three areas: development designing, production technology and IT engineer.
*We are not recruiting non-STEM major candidates. - May I appy for a position which is different from my major?

Yes, you may. Quite a few employees work in a position which is different from their major at college/graduate school!
- To what extent of linguistic ability is required? Are there any positions available at overseas locations?

Although no standards are set, you will be exposed to interact with overseas divisions, read specifications in English, and the like. So the more you brush up your linguistic skills, the wider you can expand your career.
- Where would my work location be?

As a general rule, you will be first assigned to work at our headquarters in Shin Osaka. Some production technology positions may be assigned to work at different business offices, but it will be arranged after discussing with a candidate.
- Can I participate a company orientations?
