ENVIRONMENT ENVIRONMENT
Under the management which values human respect, IDEC strives to create an employee-friendly work environment.
Office
Our main office is designed with a concept of Flexible Workstyle. It is a meeting point where employees can hold a face-to-face communication, and people can work flexibly regardless of the passing of time, their job, or place. Each floor has the space with various layouts actualizing an office environment where employees can work flexibly both as a team or as a solo.
01
OFFICE

It is an open space with no partition. Multiple meeting spots are available by the window allowing employees to hold a casual meeting and communication.

03
GARDEN

It is a green courtyard where no one can imagine what it looks like from the exterior- a space where employees can enjoy their lunch with their colleagues on a sunny day, stopping by for a break, and relaxing.
04
CLINIC

Since November 2022, our internal medical clinic has been launched with a doctor and nurses on site!
Employees can stop by during their work hours and request for a health consultation including mental concerns.
05
SAKURA CAFÉ
An employee cafeteria called Sakura Café is located at our head office with a chef on site. Breakfast is served in addition to lunch, and majority of our employees dine there.

You can enjoy menus served in a stylish cafe and daily special including steaks. There is a free drink fountain serving over 15 different soft drinks and soft ice cream is also available at a low price. I can't wait for the lunch break every day!
06
FITNESS GYM
It has a bouldering facility and 10+ professional training machines. All employees can use them for free. Male/Female changing rooms and shower rooms are also available.

I go there a few times a week after work!
The design of the bouldering facility supervised by Yusuke Morimoto (a.k.a. Sasuke-kun) is very tough but it fuels my challenging spirit. Thanks to the bouldering, my partner complimented my weight loss!
