Promoted to a manager since 2022 and actively expands the activities for further improvement of IDEC's corporate value.
INTERVIEW
q1.Tell us about your current position.
I am in charge of in-house publication and IR to communicate our corporate news to our shareholders and investors. I work hard every day by aiming to attract more IDEC fans both internally and externally.
Specifically, my main roles include preparing and distributing in-house publication and news release, preparing statements of account and financial result briefings, IR interview, etc.
In my understanding, transmitting various corporate information both internally and externally and attracting more IDEC fans is the mission of the corporate communications. For this reason, I value holding a communication with concerned parties for the reinforcement purposes of information transmission ability. Particularly, in recent years, while promoting our global business expansion, we have been reinforcing the regular information exchange with the respective group companies not only in Japan but also in France, China, USA, etc.
q2.Tell us about IDEC's attraction.
The corporate culture that allows us actively working on new things and the diversity-friendly work environment.
"Challenge new things" has been my motto at work. Upon challenging a new thing, it requires prior arrangements and preparations. I can keep my positivity to work on anything thanks to my superior actively pushing my back for it.
Another attraction of the company is its diversity as it hires not only new graduates but also those joined through mid-career recruitments.
A frank departmental atmosphere is another characteristic of the company as we work with people with diverse background. Each employee's opinion is valued, so people are motivated to work positively every day.
q3.Tell us about your dreams and future goals you want to accomplish at IDEC.
I'd like to transmit IDEC's attraction to as many stakeholders as possible.
IDEC is well-known in the controller equipment industry, however not in general.
Through the corporate communications work, I woud like to reach out to more stakeholders and appeal IDEC's attraction to the family of our employees, customers, share holders, investors as much as possible.
Lately, disclosing a rich amount of non-financial information such as ESG (environment, society, and governance) has been receiving more attention, so I would like to transmit broader information.
I would like to contribute for IDEC's corporate value promotion by keep challenging outside the box.

How to spend holidays
Being an indoor type of person, I love reading and watching movies.
My best relaxing moment is when I lie down on my couch at home, listening to music, and reading books to my heaert's content. -

My favorite
"Safety commander" which helps to install safety devices on an existing tablet easily. It is IDEC's original safety product which suits the current times, so I hope it is used in many more sites.

I used to learn Hindi, one of the official languages of India. I can introduce myself in Hindi "Namaste!"
