INTERVIEW
q1.Tell us about your current position.
I design/produce manufacturing equipment in the Manufacturing Division.
Being a rookie who joined the company less than a year, I learn work basics under my senior colleagues' guidance by drawing up a detailed blueprint of equipment and assembling them while doing the departmental tasks.
The field of the work I do in this department is a bit different from my speciality I learned at school (electrical and information engineering), there are many things I need to catch up with. In order to do my job thoroughly, I study step by step to move forward.
q2.Tell us about IDEC's attraction.
Its friendly work atmosphere I think.
Depending on who to use the expression, "a friendly work atmosphere" takes different interpretations. In my case, what I mean is the employees' friendly attitude. In the diversified workplace, they are all nice and friendly. In my own personal observation, it is possibly thanks to the corporate benefit programs. IDEC offers a variety of such programs allowing its employees work in comfort. I think this gives good effects on their work and life balance naturally resulting in the good atmosphere.
q3.Tell us about your dreams and future goals you want to accomplish at IDEC.
To be fully qualified to do my job.
I haven't yet found a big goal, but for now my short-term goal is to be fully qualified to do my job anyway.
I would also like to keep my eyes open to various fields in order to attain a new goal when I find one someday. I look forward to manufacturing IDEC's best selling products with an automated machine that I make from scratch for my own.

How to spend holidays
I enjoy the most of my hobbies building plastic models, drawing, playing online video games with friends, etc. My life environment is better than the time I was a student, which is so comfortable to blow my regular stress away. I am also into watching movies, American comic movies in particular all thanks to the streaming service, lol.

My favorite
Amongst of all of the favorite food, the one I love the most is aubergine (eggplant). I use it for different recipes, but I often fried one dipped in a sauce. The important step is to spare a moment to fry it first.

Miscellaneous
I come from Kagawa Prefecture, which is well-known for udon noodles, so I can make udon noodles from scratch. I seldom make one though, lol. To be honest, I am actually good at cooking including dressing a fish, etc!
