q1.Tell us about your current position.
I am in charge of software development for electronic products.
The joy of contributing to solve our customer challenges is second to none.
I am a business development manager of a department in charge of developing built-in software, Windows software, smart device apps. In addition to the product development, the department also includes various tasks and people in charge of technological investigation/introduction, demonstration experiment for customer problem solving, etc. Depending on the content of the task, I cooperate and work with the respective members in charge every day.
B2B is the core part of IDEC business, but there is an opportunity to meet with customers who actually use the products I developed. As an individual who is involved with product development at a manufacturing company, receiving a direct feedback from our customers is a great incentive.
q2.Tell us about IDEC's attraction.
It is the way they always give me chances.
Amongst of those countless failures, I always had my superiors and seniors pushing my back.
In my 3rd year at the organization, I became a software development project leader and earned a chance to be dispatched to a group company in the US in the following year. As far as the product development i concerned, in addition to meet our customer needs, I have progressed the product development by incorporating the cutting edge technologies.
The more experienced I become the more roles and responsibilities were assigned to me within the development projects, but I have been able to continue having fun working on my tasks one by one. Everyday is a series of challenges which never get me tired.
I am a type of person who does not like others telling me what to do, and I would like to take control of my own growth speed. I cannot stop thanking my superior and seniors even today for having respected who I am and always pushed my back.
q3.Tell us about your dreams and future goals you want to accomplish at IDEC.
I would like to keep challenging on the front line to develop products and services which can bring values our customers have never had.
Software technologies evolves rapidly and new technologies and services are released one after another. Cross-industrial collaborating projects have been progressing here at IDEC. I can actually feel how the range of solutions have been expanding by fusing both existing and new technologies together.
I look forward to remaining in the spot where customer's voice can be reached and continue working on the problem solving.

How to spend holidays
I often go out with my kid. Especially since we live in the Internet age where everything is made convenient, I would like to value our analogue moment. That being said, I am the one having fun the most after all.

My favorite
I spontaneously enjoy outdoor life including mountain climbing, kayaking, camping, etc. What made me happy this summer was that my kid accomplished jumping into water and playing with a zip line. I am planning to go fishing in autumn.

One day as I was taking a walk in the Expo park, I happened to have found an open reservation spot at the Tower of the Sun museum and it really made my day! I was able to spend quality time to observe each exhibit because it was empty. The overall illustration of "Tree of Life" called "The internal direction score of the tower" was breathtaking. This place is recommendable!
